Here are our community guidelines:

1. Be kind, supportive and inclusive

This is a safe, inclusive space to talk about our challenges with caesareans and birth trauma.

We do not tolerate hate speech, racism or other forms of discrimination.

Please don't post outside links that could encourage divisive or offensive debate or make people feel "uncomfortable."

Consider a trigger warning for sensitive topics.

We might not all agree on a particular topic. But if you can't be kind and supportive, please don't comment on people's posts.

2. Keep it C Section Transformation

We're here to study the course material together, not to give general advice about all things motherhood or parenting.

Please keep conversations laser-focused on C Section Transformation and the lessons.

We delete or mute:

Marketing posts.

Off-topic upgrade questions like dating, parenting, or health.

Venting or rant posts unrelated to birth trauma.

Bring your specific questions about C Section Transformation lessons and your aha's so far, and we’ll be here to help!

3. No self-promotion or solicitations

Be a student, not a teacher here. It ruins the vibe of the group if you’re only posting to promote yourself.

We're strictly non-promotional, including:

Thinly-veiled self-promotion or "digital breadcrumbing"

Links to your website or socials.

Photos of your products, books, or courses.

Offering services in posts.

Sharing client testimonials.

Promoting other member's offers or services.

Affiliate links

DM'ing or unsolicited contact to other members

Setting up spin-off groups

Please do your due diligence before working with other members.

4. Guarantee and refund policy

You are not entitled to a refund if you're removed from this group for breaching the rules or for default payments.

You can be removed by breaching copyright, posting things that are defamatory, racist, discriminatory, offensive, pornographic, threatening, abusive, liable to incite hatred or a breach of privacy.

C Section Transformation or Divina Johnson do not provide mental health advice. We do not hold a Mental Health Degree.

All C Section Transformation material is protected by copyright.

Other general group guidelines

Support other members and your posts will get more support too.

C Section Transformation isn’t “everything for everyone” - make sure you have other groups to support you.

We have new members joining every week, please be mindful of their experience going through the lessons for the first time.

Lifetime access means the life of your purchased downloaded content (it’s not literally your or my lifetime).

To access the live calls, Facebook Group and next years content you must renew your membership at 12 months.

We’re not responsible for:

Facebook’s change of terms or privacy policy

Your relationships with other members

Content of other member’s posts (although we’ll remove anything inappropriate, just flag it)

Terms of Sale

1."Lifetime Access" means ongoing and complete access to your purchased version of the downloadable course material, not for your life or the life of Divina Johnson. To access the live calls, Facebook Group and next years content you must renew your membership at 12 months.

This is ongoing access at a renewal charge every 12 months until the course is no longer offered, at which time all members will be given at least 12 months notice before a program is closed. Any future closure of the program or community does not affect the refund policy and does not entitle members to any form of refund.

2. When you purchase audio or video content from us, we grant you a licence (which is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable) to listen to, download or stream such content to your computer and/or other device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or use the content other than as set out in this contract. You must not sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute or publicly perform the content in any manner and you must not exploit it commercially. You agree to not tamper with the content or create any derivative works therefrom.

2.2 We may terminate your license to use any purchased products if you breach this contract.

3.You may request to make payment by instalments. If you and we agree that you may make payments by instalments, you must pay all instalments on or before each due date.

3.2 The due date for each instalment is 30 days after purchase and payment of the first instalment and 30 days after each previous instalment.

3.3 All goods sold by us are charged in the currency listed on the order form.

4. In no event shall we be liable for any other claims or damages including, but not limited to, claims for faulty design, negligent or misleading advice, damages arising from loss or use of the products, and any indirect, special or consequential damages or injury to any person, corporation or other entity.

5. Refunds & exchange

5.1 Voluntary refunds:

(a) If you work through the first few modules of a course are not totally happy with it, then we will refund your money. C Section Transformation has a 7 day money back guarantee and refund period.

I believe in my course and women have experienced fantastic growth, development and results from investing in my program. This type of progress requires that you follow the course and do the work. A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation and request for a refund. In considering your refund, we may also charge an admin fee at our discretion.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing within the defined refund period as listed above in section 5.1 (a).

(b) If you receive your money back you must delete every copy of the product and materials that you have downloaded as well as copies you have placed on other devices or media.

5.2 If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your money within four weeks of notice to us and the entitlement arising.

5.3 Your refund will be paid in the currency in which it was received by us. If you paid in a currency other than British Pound Sterling you may be liable for the costs of exchange.

6. Privacy

6.1 You agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Course terms

7.1 If you purchase the C Section Transformation course, you must abide by rules and policies.

8. Trade marks

8.1 Trade marks used on the Website belong to their respective owners. You must not use any trade mark displayed on the Website without the express written permission of us or the third-party owner.
