About Divina


Divina had 3 C Sections in 5 years. First unplanned, second, planned and third an attempted VBAC which ended in a C Section.

After experiencing the lack of support in the mainstream system Divina quit her 17 year long career in the corporate world to birth her business C Section Coach.

Divina worked with local government services as well as the public health system to bring change through educating those who work with mums everyday like GP's, nurses and healthcare staff. However, Divina saw there was still not enough focus on holistic health which is why she created this course!

Divina offers a comprehensive and holistic approach for mums who have experienced Traumatic Caesarean Birth. Addressing the Emotional, Mental, Physical & Spiritual aspects of recovery.

Each phase is essential for finding inner peace, restoring normal function and building body confidence.

Q: Is this course for me?

A: This course is for you if you are 6+months postpartum and are having difficulty recovering emotional, mentally, physically and spiritually from your C Section Birth. You want to overcome trauma, increase confidence and be part of a supportive community.


Q: How long will it take to go through the course?

A: The course is structured for busy mums. You can go through the lessons at your leisure. It should take at least 12 weeks to implement the suggestions and exercises throughout the course.


Q: Is there support?

A: You have access to the Facebook Group and the monthly group coaching calls. Where you can share and receive guidance.


Q:Is it too late for me to join the course?

A: You can be 6+months or 20 years postpartum. Trauma can show up at various times post birth and we understand that.


Q: How long will I have access to the content?

A: You have lifetime access.


Q: I don't have the budget right now

A: Check out the payment plan. This allows you to pay for the course in instalments.


Q: How do I know if it's the right time to join?

A:Some people think you have to be at "rock bottom" to have support. You don't. If you have been down since your C Section Birth and you feel you have changed in a way you don't like and you want support to overcome the trauma to find yourself again. Now is the right time.
